Our sailing areas
Athens is our base, offering easy access, reliable weather, and some of the best and most varied sailing waters in the Mediterranean.
Why learn how to sail in Greece?
Greece is one of the world’s premium yachting destinations, offering the perfect environment to learn how to sail. With thousands of islands, reliable winds, and short distances between ports, the Greek seas provide an ideal natural classroom for practical training.
Our courses combine hands-on learning with the opportunity to experience Greece’s rich history and vibrant culture, from ancient ports and historic harbours to traditional island life. Easily accessible and blessed with a long sailing season, Greece is the perfect place to begin or advance your sailing journey.
Two Diverse Sailing Areas
Our location gives you direct access to two of the most rewarding regions in the Aegean.

The Saronic Gulf
Known for its protected waters and short distances between islands, this area is ideal for focused training, relaxed sailing, and developing confidence in navigation, boat handling, and anchoring. Destinations like Aegina, Poros, and Hydra provide both practical challenges and cultural interest.

The Cyclades
For those seeking longer passages and more advanced experience, the Cyclades offer open-sea conditions, stronger seasonal winds, and iconic island destinations such as Kea, Kythnos, and Syros. It’s a great environment for honing offshore skills and seamanship.
Step off the plane and straight into your sailing adventure
Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is a major global hub with direct flights to cities throughout Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. Our marina is located just 30–40 minutes from the airport by taxi, ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer from plane to the marina.
Year-Round Ideal Conditions
Athens enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually and a long sailing season that stretches from early spring to late autumn — and even through the winter for powerboat training and private courses. The prevailing weather patterns are stable and predictable, making it an ideal environment for structured, hands-on learning.
