Our Training Programmes for Yacht Owners (or Own boat Tuition) are tailored for boat owners who wish to enhance their skills on their own vessel. Whether you have a sailboat, speedboat, or motor cruiser, this programme provides the opportunity to get to know your boat’s specific characteristics with guidance from an experienced personal instructor.

Customized Learning

Before the course, your assigned personal instructor will hold a 1:1 briefing and walkthrough of your yacht to understand your boat’s specific characteristics and your individual learning goals. Based on this, they will create a tailored programme suited to your experience level and objectives. Training can be structured as a personalized course or follow the RYA certification framework, depending on your objectives and requirements.

Practical, Hands-On Training

Training on your own boat provides a hands-on understanding of how your vessel handles. Courses are tailored to your experience level: beginners focus on basic handling, navigation, and safety; intermediate sailors refine techniques, maneuvering, and route planning; advanced owners master performance, complex navigation, and challenging conditions. Working directly on your boat maximizes time on the water, building practical skills, confidence, and safety awareness

Training at Your Location

Although based in Athens, we can travel to your boat’s location to provide these programmes, delivering personalised, hands-on training directly on your vessel wherever it is docked.
